Planning

In order to significantly increase supply to meet housing need of all tenures, Scotland needs a planning system which encourages and facilitates development, yet only six of Scotland’s 32 councils having the required five year supply of effective land to support the building of new homes.

Our planning team engages with government at both national and local level to address industry concerns on matters such as planning policy, development plans, supplementary guidance, housing land audits affordable housing and developer contributions.
